"What would you do if you received a call late one night telling you that tomorrow would be your last day alive?"

What would you do if you received a call late one night telling you that tomorrow would be your last day alive? How would you spend those precious last few hours?

This is the dilemma faced by Mateo and Rufus, two young men in New York who end up spending their last day on a voyage of discovery, of both themselves and each other.

Writing a whole book that takes place in a single day can't have been easy, but for the reader the sense of every moment needing to count is expertly portrayed. Family, friends and even enemies become embroiled in those final hours and an unlikely, yet completely beautiful relationship is born and is allowed to blossom.

You think the title might give the ending away (no spoilers from me!) but this book is a true exponent of the adage of the journey being more important than the destination.

    Thoroughly recommended!! 👍
